About The Event
We are excited to invite you to the Ringwood Family Fun Festival, an exciting family event to kick off the summer holidays. The event, funded by the New Forest District Council (NFDC) and the Levelling Up Fund, promises a day packed with fun and entertainment for all ages.
Event Details:
- Date: Wednesday 24th July
- Time: 11am – 3pm
- Location: Carvers Recreation Ground
- Entry: Free. Most activities are free, some will require a small charge
The event will feature a wide range of activities and attractions:
- Zorbing: Roll around our land based area!
- Bouncy Castles: Operated by the team from Poulner Baptist Church.
- Circus skills workshops: With Steamship Circus
- Skate and Scooter Lessons: Provided by Team Rubicon. Bring your own equipment or you can borrow some.
- Mad4Animals Animal Show: An exciting and educational animal show. Show starts at 1.30pm
- Squidge and Pop Bubble Show: A magical bubble performance.
- Climbing Cave: A thrilling climbing experience.
- Chuffley Miniature Steam Engine: Enjoy rides on miniature steam engine.
- Community Engagement: Meet and interact with Ringwood Police and Ringwood Fire.
In addition to these main attractions, various stalls will be present, offering a range of activities and information:
- RACE (Ringwood Actions for Climate Emergency): Learn how to make bird boxes and other art work to take home.
- RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds): Engage with nature and wildlife conservation.
- Hampshire Healthy Families: Promoting health and wellbeing for families.
There will be various food options available including Bratwurst UK, an ice cream van and slushies. Carvers Clubhouse will be open and offering a special event menu.

The event is on Carvers Recreation Ground, off Southampton Road in Ringwood. There are entrances, the exact locations of these are https://w3w.co/results.airtime.bagpipes and https://w3w.co/forced.fattening.wired.
There is no parking on site. If you are unable to walk, cycle or scoot to Carvers you are invited to park in the main Town Centre Car Parks which are only a 5 minute walk away.
Toilets are available in Carvers Clubhouse. There will be food vendors or you are welcome to bring a picnic.
