FREE Family Fun Day- SADLY EVENT CANCELLED DUE TO HIGH WINDS
We hope to rearrange this event – sorry for any disappointment but we have been forced to cancel due to high winds forecasted so we cannot safely provide many activities.

This is an outside event. If the weather is very wet and windy we will have to cancel. We will put up notices on social media if this is the case. If its a bit drizzly we will go ahead. Whatever the weather, the ground is likely to be wet and muddy. So appropriate footwear is advised and we suggest you bring something to sit on if you are watching the animal show.
There is no parking on site. The Town Centre car parks are a 5-7 min walk away and there is free street parking nearby. We would urge anyone local to walk if possible.
- Bouncy castles
- Mad4Animals show at 1.30pm for one hour.
- Skate board and scooter lessons (equipment provided but bring your own boards if you wish)
- Target archery
- Ringwood Fire Station engine
- Climbing Cave
- Inter schools competition (information will have been sent out via schools)
- Sports demonstrations from local groups
- Face painting
Everything is free EXCEPT for facepainting and food. We have funding from NFDC and the Levelling Up fund to support the event.

Yes, Carvers Clubhouse has picnic bags and meal deals available as well as snacks, drinks (hot and cold) and ice cream. There is also an ice cream van.
The event is outside on the recreation ground. We have St John’s Ambulance for any first aid issues, a small team of volunteers acting as stewards, toilets (including an accessible toilet and baby change) are located in Carvers Clubhouse.
The event starts at 11am and finishes at 3pm. The inter-schools competition starts at 11.30am and the mad4animals show starts at 1.30pm. Everything runs throughout.
Yes, we have another event booked for Wednesday 24th July which is the first day of the summer holidays. Please follow our social media for more information. But we also have other activities throughout the holidays and term time, so please check out our website or pop in and ask.
